Kyle Gray is a Christian whom Jesus Christ purchased with his life, death, burial, resurrection, and impending second coming. Kyle cares profoundly about those around him and desires for them to flourish spiritually so that they can have a God-honoring impact on their communities.
1 Peter 5:1–3
So I exhort the elders among you, as a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, as well as a partaker in the glory that is going to be revealed: shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; not for shameful gain, but eagerly; not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock.
As a minister of the gospel and teacher of the Bible. I affirm my faith in the divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ: His miraculous conception, His morally pure existence, His extraordinary acts, His sacrificial and redemptive death accomplished through the shedding of His blood, and His physical resurrection, His ascent to the Father's right hand, and His imminent return with authority and magnificence.
“Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.” Matthew 19:4-6
“Grandchildren are the crown of the aged, and the glory of children is their parents.” Proverbs 17:6 –
II Timothy 3:16-17, “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." The Holy Bible affects human beings so profoundly, because "all" the Bible is "God-breathed." It's more than a nice collection of moral principles; it's more than a great book; it's an inspired document, God's book. The prophets who wrote the Bible related what they saw and heard in human language, but their message came directly from God.”
All mankind shall be afraid. They shall declare the work of God, and shall wisely ponder what he has done. Psalms 64:9
My Statement of Faith
The Bible is the foundation of my belief, God's infallible written Word, the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments. I believe that it was exclusively and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit and that it was written without error in the original manuscripts. It is the supreme and final authority in all matters on which it communicates.
I hold to all of the biblical theological teachings as accurate. God has called me to no other interpretation, and I am free to base my beliefs only on the Bible.
I believe:
There is only one real God who exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each of these persons has all the qualities of both deity and personality equally. 1st Corinthians 8:6 & 2nd Corinthians 3:14
Jesus Christ is God—the living Word—who was miraculously conceived by the Holy Spirit and born into a virgin. Forever united in one person, He is the embodiment of pure Deity and real humanity. John 1:14
He lived a sinless life and voluntarily atoned for the sins of men by dying on the cross as their substitute, thus satisfying divine justice and accomplishing salvation for all who trust in Him alone. Hebrews 4:15, Romans 8:3-4, & 2nd Corinthians
He rose from the dead in the same body, though glorified, in which He lived and died. 1st Corinthians 15:35-58
He ascended bodily into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God the Father, where He, the only mediator between God and man, continually makes intercession for His own. Acts 7:55-56, Romans 8:34, & Ephesians 1:20
Man was originally created in the image of God. He sinned by disobeying God; thus, he was alienated from his Creator. That historic fall brought all mankind under divine condemnation. Genesis 2:18-3:1-23, Romans5:12&19, & 1st Corinthians 15:22
Man's nature is corrupted, and he is thus totally unable to please God. Every man is in need of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit. 2nd Timothy 3:1-16
The salvation of man is wholly a work of God's free grace and is not the work, in whole or in part, of human works or goodness or religious ceremony. God imputes His righteousness to those who put their faith in Christ alone for their salvation, and thereby justified them in His sight.
It is the privilege of all who are born again of the Spirit to be assured of our salvation from the very moment in which we trust Christ as our Savior. This assurance is not based upon any kind of human merit, but is produced by the witness of the Holy Spirit, who confirms in the believer the testimony of God in His written word.
The Holy Spirit has entered the world to reveal and glorify Christ and to apply Christ's saving deed to mankind. He convicts sinners and draws them to Christ, gives us new life, indwells us continuously from the moment of our spiritual birth, and seals us until the day of our redemption. Faith in the life of the believer appropriates His completeness, power, and control.
Every believer is called to live so in the power of the indwelling Spirit that he will not fulfill the lust of the flesh but will bear fruit to the glory of God.
Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, His Body, which is composed of all men, living and dead, who have been joined to Him through saving faith.
God exhorts His people to routinely assemble for worship, participation in ordinances, edification through the Scriptures, and mutual edification.
The believer immediately enters eternal, conscious communion with the Lord at physical death and awaits the resurrection of his body to everlasting glory and blessing.
The unbeliever promptly enters conscious eternal separation from the Lord upon physical death and awaits the resurrection of his body to eternal judgment and condemnation.
“The Lord Jesus Christ commanded all believers to proclaim the Gospel throughout the world and to disciple men of every nation. The fulfillment of that Great Commission requires that all worldly and personal ambitions be subordinated to a total commitment to "Him who loved us and gave Himself for us.”
Jesus Christ will come again to the earth—personally, visibly, and bodily—to consummate history and the eternal plan of God.
